Welcome to THE CANVAS COMPANY SAS. By accessing, browsing, and purchasing on our website and/or through our digital channels (including WhatsApp, Instagram, and others), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. PURPOSE
These Terms and Conditions regulate access and use of our online and physical store, the purchasing process, payment conditions, delivery, installation, and warranty of our products, including wallpapers, decorative murals, and framed prints.

2. DEFINITIONS
Client: A natural person or legal entity that purchases our products.
Products: Wallpapers, decorative murals, and framed prints marketed by The Canvas Company SAS.
Services: Design consultancy, custom designs, delivery, installation (if applicable), customer service, and after-sales support.

3. PURCHASE PROCESS
The Client may make purchases through:
- Our official website
- WhatsApp Business
- Instagram or other authorized channels.

The purchase process includes:
1. Quotation or consultancy (if required).
2. Confirmation of measurements and required quantities.
3. Approval and payment of the quotation.
4. Production and dispatch of the products.

Note: Confirmation of measurements is the responsibility of the Client. If the Client does not provide exact measurements, The Canvas Company SAS may provide an estimate but will not be responsible for errors arising from incorrect measurements.

4. PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other authorized methods. Production and dispatch will take place once payment is confirmed and applied.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
- Delivery times vary depending on the city and the requested product. In general, wallpaper delivery is estimated between 3 and 7 business days.
- Installation is scheduled separately, depending on availability.
- The Client is responsible for providing the full and exact delivery address.
- Our deliveries in Bogotá cost $10,000 COP; nationwide deliveries cost $20,000 COP; international deliveries cost $499,000 COP. Nationwide deliveries are free for orders over $300,000 COP.

6. INSTALLATION
- If contracted, the installation service will be carried out by authorized personnel of The Canvas Company SAS.
- It does not include wall repairs or patching imperfections. The Client is advised to have walls properly prepared for installation.
- The Client must ensure that the wall where the wallpaper will be installed is plastered, sanded, and painted with three coats of type-1 paint. It must not have moisture, leaks, cracks, peeling, or fissures.
- If the Client damages or deteriorates their wallpaper due to traffic, humidity, or wall preparation failures, and wishes to remove it partially or entirely for repairs, or if the Client wishes to remove an existing wallpaper, The Canvas Company SAS does not remove wallpapers and is not responsible for damages to pre-existing walls.
- The Canvas Company SAS recommends the following minimum drying times:
* If the wall is new (newly built or repainted): Minimum of 21 days for full curing and drying, depending on humidity.
* If the wall was repaired (plaster, putty, patches): Minimum of 10 days for full curing and drying, depending on humidity.
* If the wall was recently painted: Minimum of 7 days of drying to ensure the paint has cured and does not release gases or compounds that affect the adhesive.
- If the Client requires earlier installation, The Canvas Company SAS will perform the installation at the Client’s risk and will not provide warranty for the installation or the installed material.

7. WARRANTY AND RETURNS
- All our products include a 1-year manufacturing quality warranty.
- Returns or exchanges do not apply for errors in measurements provided by the Client.
- In case of factory-defective products from The Canvas Company SAS, the product will be replaced at no additional cost.
- Returns are not accepted once the wallpaper has been installed.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All designs, photographs, and content are the exclusive property of The Canvas Company SAS.
- Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. DATA PROTECTION
- Personal data provided by the Client will be processed in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 and other applicable regulations on personal data protection.
- Please refer to our Personal Data Processing Policy for more details.

10. LIABILITY
- The Canvas Company SAS will not be responsible for damages arising from installations carried out by third parties.
- The Client is responsible for the proper preparation of the surface where the product will be installed.

11. MODIFICATIONS
- The Canvas Company SAS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying Clients through official channels.

12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of Bogotá D.C.
