Welcome to The Canvas Company (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or purchasing from www.canvascompanyusa.com (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

If you do not agree, you should not use this Site.

1. Company Information

2. Products & Services

  • All our products (wallpapers, murals, canvas prints, custom designs) are printed-to-order. Our standard production time is 5 business days after receipt of payment.

  • Colors, textures, and scale may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to monitor calibration and material variations.

  • The suitability of wallpaper for any specific use is entirely at the purchaser's discretion.

  • We reserve the right to update, discontinue, or change products without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment must be made at the time of purchase through approved payment methods on Shopify.

  • Please review your order and shipping address for accuracy as all sales are final.

  • Order confirmations are binding. Any changes to a paid order must be requested in writing and are subject to Flavor Paper’s approval.

  • The minimum Trade order quantity is three (3) panels, with additional units sold in 1-panel increments.

  • We reserve the right to correct errors or inaccuracies in pricing at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are produced in 5 business days and shipped within the timelines stated on the Site (typically 5 business days).

  • Shipping carriers may include FedEx, DHL, UPS, or USPS.

  • A signature is required upon delivery of all wallpaper orders.

  • The Canvas Company is not responsible for post-shipment delays or additional redirection fees incurred after dispatch.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Because all our products are printed-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds.

  • Returns may be considered within 30 days if the product is defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the order placed.

  • Custom, sale, or promotional items are final sale.

6. Warranty

  • Please note that slight variations are a natural characteristic of our products and are not considered manufacturing defects. We guarantee that all products sold by The Canvas Company will be free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery, except for those within accepted industry standards.This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of delivery. Customers are expected to carefully inspect all products upon delivery and prior to installation or further processing. Claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period, with proper documentation detailing the nature of the defect. If, after review, we determine the claim is valid, we will—at our discretion—either replace the defective product at no cost or reimburse the purchase price of the product. This constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty. This warranty applies only when the product has been used under normal conditions, for its intended purpose, and has been properly handled, stored, installed, and maintained in accordance with industry standards and/or our written instructions.

  • This warranty does not apply once products have been cut, installed, or otherwise processed, except in cases of hidden defects that could not reasonably be detected during initial inspection. Merchandise may not be returned without prior written authorization. All authorized returns must be shipped back within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date the return authorization is issued.

7. Claims

  • Upon delivery, please confirm that the correct item, colorway, and quantity have been received.

  • Claims cannot be made once wallpaper has been cut, marked, or otherwise altered.

  • All products must be carefully inspected prior to cutting. If no defect is visible before installation, the material should be rechecked after the first three (3) panels are installed. If any defect is found, stop installation immediately and contact The Canvas Company. Do not continue installation until further instructions are provided.

  • Claims will not be accepted for installations exceeding three (3) strips.

  • All claims must be submitted within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.

  • Claims for labor, installation, or other related charges will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • The Canvas Company is not responsible for damages resulting from improper handling, installation, maintenance, or use of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (designs, images, graphics, text, trademarks, logos) is the property of The Canvas Company or its licensors.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes;

  • Upload viruses or harmful code;

  • Infringe on the intellectual property of others;

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Canvas Company, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of third parties.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

  • Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

  • By using the Site, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
